What Is A Mini Tummy Tuck?
A small tummy tuck is a surgical procedure that is suitable for patients who have a small area of excess skin on their lower abdomen. This is usually a lot less skin that needs to be removed in comparison to a traditional tummy tuck.
A mini tummy tuck is more suitable for patients after childbirth who have lost weight and are left with a small area of loose skin.
Nights In Hospital
Patients for a mini tummy tuck aren’t required to stay overnight.
RECOVERY
Recovery and light exercise can resume after 4 weeks, but recovery can take up to 6 weeks.

What To Expect During Your Consultation?
Your consultation with Mr Ross can take place in Manchester or over video call, whichever is more convenient for the patient. The consultation will consist of an explanation of the surgery techniques, post- and pre-surgery instructions, and case studies to be shown.
We encourage an open and honest conversation and will answer any questions during and after the consultation.
It may also be unsuitable for those who have been pressured to improve their body by others or have a large volume of fat removal and excess skin, where the belly button may need to be repositioned. We would then suggest a full abdominoplasty.
The cost of a mini tummy tuck will be disclosed on a case-by-case basis, as it depends on what exactly is required. After the initial consultation, Mr Ross, if he believes you are suitable for a mini tummy tuck, will give you a quote for surgery that will include the surgeon, anaesthetic and hospital fees.
The main difference is the procedure, as small tummy tucks require less fat removal and involve a smaller amount of excess tissue. Full tummy tucks are better when removing more stomach fat while also removing a great scale of excess skin. This is usually from patients who have lost a substantial amount of weight. For any other questions, please
While we can remove excess fat during a mini tummy tuck surgery, we ask all of our patients to maintain a healthy diet before and after surgery to ensure that patients are going to maintain results as best as possible. While we can include other surgeries with a mini tummy tuck, including
