Rosie Williams had Love Island fans questioning her appearance and whether cosmetic treatments had been used, especially her lips. Mr Gary Ross spoke to OK magazine about her use of lip fillers and facial rejuvenation treatments.

He exclusively told OK! Online: “Rosie Williams would be deemed to have aesthetically shaped lips with a ratio 1:2 of upper to lower lip (a smaller top lip and a bigger bottom lip), a well defined cupids bow and an overall lip size of around 10 per cent of the lower third of the face.
