Many patients feel disheartened after losing a substantial amount of weight only to be left with excess skin or fat. Therefore, patients that have accomplished significant weight loss are ideal candidates a body lift procedure, whereby they may wish to lose excess skin that’s accumulated following the changes in their body. The body lift procedure removes circumferential tissue from around the body to achieve the abdominal skin removal.

We explain the difference between candidates who would benefit from a typical abdominoplasty, and those who would be more suited to a bodylift.
