Excess tissue of the inner thighs following weight loss. Following liposuction the excess skin has been removed in two directions both upwards (horizontally) via a groin scar and tightened by a vertical scar that runs from the inner thigh down the inner leg. Liposuction and repositioning of the inner tissues of the thigh improves the contour.
