This lady has seen a droop of her breast down her chest wall. This lady chose to have a breast augmentation alongside a mastopexy or breast lift in combination. This mastopexy implant procedure gives a more reliable volume than autologous fat transfer and this lady is very happy with the final result. The results are shown at 6 months when the scars have started to fade.
