This lady wished to have her nipple areola complexes lifted and also disguise the emptiness in the upper pole. She has some asymmetry in terms of size and shape both pre and post operatively and no result will give perfect symmetry. Lifting one breast higher than the other and placing in different sized implants are possible to improve the symmetry. The pictures are taken at 6 months postop when the final result has been obtained.
