This lady had a clotting abnormality and chose to undergo an areola reduction mastopexy rather than one with a vertical scar. The postop image is at 3 months in someone in whom the scars have healed well. She hasn’t had any areola stretch. If patients choose moderate implants sizes for their frame then the areola is less likely to stretch following a breast augmentation with areola reduction
