Mastopexy Implant Case Study 1

This lady has had a mastopexy implant as a one stage procedure. She has significant ptosis and volume deficit and a better result can be obtained in one stage than in a two stage operation. There are some limitations in terms of size of result and the result shwown is perhaps the size limit of what can be performed safely as a one stage procedure.
