Due to pregnancy and the gravitational effects of ageing this lady has seen a droop of her breast down her chest wall. She has chosen to have a mastopexy procedure with fat grafting and has had fat transfer to the upper pole. The results are seen at 2 months and the scars will continue to fade over the coming months.
When considering mastopexy or breast reduction it is important to also consider the pros and cons of breast augmentation with breast implants and the use of autologous fat transfer.
At a consultation, it is important to run through all the pros and cons and the various options of breast rejuvenation surgery so that you can be empowered to proceed. Mr Ross will show you various preoperative and postoperative results so that you can understand what can be achieved and what is to be expected.
