This lady has had a mastopexy in order to improve the shape of her breasts. She did not wish to have an increase in volume and did not wish to have breast implants or autologous fat transfer. The results are shown at 6 weeks when the scars have started to soften. She has been encouraged to massage the scars and these will continue to fade. One can see that there is still an emptiness in the upper pole although the aesthetics have been improved greatly and she is overjoyed with the result.
