This patient has mild gynaecomastia and has undergone bodyjet liposuction to remove excess fat from his breasts. The scars are placed in the armpit and are not visible from the front. It is important for patients to realise that not all fat can be removed through liposuction and that over time fat can return especially with weight fluctuation.
