Fleur de lis abdominoplasty Case Study 5

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

This patient has had previous surgery to her abdominal wall and excessive fat in the upper part of her abdomen. A fleur de Lys abdominoplasty leads to a vertical scar in combination with a horizontal scar. The previous scar has been removed and the vertical excision allows a better definition of the abdomen. Liposuction has also been performed although often liposuction in this scenario is better performed at a second stage. This image is seen 4 months postoperatively and will continue to fade over time.
