Facelift Case Study 1

This lady has had a face and neck lift with midface lift. Her main concerns were the lower face and neck and midface hollowing. She required a repositioning of the SMAS and the platysma with jaw recontouring. By repositioning the internal structures of the lower face and neck by using different vectors one is able to improve all the facial aesthetics in one procedure.
