Breast augmentation performed by another surgeon. The breast tissue has dropped off the implant especially on the left side. This patient did not wish to have a mastopexy and anatomical implants were used to replace the previous round implants. The anatomical implants can be placed lower on the chest with increased volume distribution on the lower pole to lift the nipple areola and improve the cosmesis.
