This lady has had anatomical implants in the subglandular plane. She is sufficient breast tissue to allow placement in this pocket. In order to prevent palpability I would almost always advise patients to have anatomical implants in this plane. It is worth discussing the pros and cons of these at a consultation to allow you to make an informed choice
