Breast Augmentation Case Study 120

This lady has sub glandular anatomical breast implants. She has opted for increased projection in the lower pole to fill up the excess skin in this region. In the sub glandular plane the implants are more mobile in a bra and can be moved more easily into the midline. Patients often describe an improved cleavage and there is no trauma to the muscle fibers.  The postop result is seen at 6 weeks.
