This lady wished to have a breast augmentation and wished to have a natural appearance. She opted for anatomical implants above the muscle. Although she has asymmetry preop this did not trouble her and she opted for the same implant on each side. As the skin is tight in the lower pole a moderate projected implant was used to give sufficient volume in the lower part. In cases like this it is important to fix the inframammary fold to prevent a double bubble appearance.
