This lady has previously had breast implants removed and this has left an absence of tissue in the upper pole. She did not wish to have further breast implants or a breast lift. Undoubtedly a mastopexy would improve the aesthetic appearance but she did not wish to have the scars attributed with this. Autologous fat transfer has been performed to fill up the upper pole preferentially and give a more natural slope of the breast. Over 50% of the injected fat has survived and she has achieved what she wants with one session of autologous fat transfer.
