This lady has lost an excessive amount of weight. She has developed breast ptosis and asymmetry. She wished to elevate her breast footplate and this requires scars around the areola and a vertical and crease component sometimes referred to as an anchor scar. The upper abdomen has been placed into the breast using the inframammry crease and the skin tightened. Autologous fat has been injected into the upper pole to try and improve the emptiness. The postop pictures are seen at 6 weeks. The scars will continue to soften. The final results from fat transfer can only be determined at the 6-12 months period as some of the fat will resorb during this time.
