Where Are The Lower Body Lift Scars Placed During Surgery?

Continuing our vlog series this week we put lower body lift scars in the spotlight and where they occur during the surgery process. A lower body lift is the removal of excess tissue around the whole circumference of the body and commonly occurs around the waist and just above the pubic hair region. This can be a common surgery procedure for those who have had excess fat tissue build up over time within these areas. Due to the incision process, lower body scars form after the surgery and they tend to show signs of healing or becoming less visible after about 6 months.

Where the lower body lift scars are placed depends completely on where tissue needs to be removed from the body and also how well the healing process goes. In the video above, there are case studies shown of several patients, both men and women, who have undergone a lower body lift surgery and results of their procedure. There are examples where some lower body lift scars appear different than others in the patients even though the same surgical procedure has been conducted. Images showing the effects of the surgery are shown, starting from when the surgery was first completed, to a 6-week period, and then finally the results after 6 months. A clearer understanding of how your lower body lift scars appear will be made when you go through a consultation.
