This lady wished to achieve upper fullness and have her nipples lifted. She has asymmetry both in terms of volume and in terms of shape. A mastopexy implant has been used to improve this contour. A different sized implant was used in both breasts and the left nipple centralized more than the right. Even with this the left nipple will always have a tendency to point more outwards to the armpit.
