Breast Augmentation Revision Case Study 34

This lady has capsular contracture following breast augmentation performed elsewhere. She did not wish to have a mastopexy and wished simply to remove and replace. She had previously moderate height projected anatomical implants replaced with extra high projected Pethese implants in order to prevent the need for a lift but still give her some upper fullness in the upper chest wall. The right nipple does still sit low on the chest wall but has improved the appearance. She could choose at a later date to lift the right areola complex
