Our patient had limited breast tissue and wished to obtain a natural enlargement result.
We used anatomical implants, as they have a natural shape and will expand the breast tissue in a more natural way than round implants. By placing additional volume in the lower pole, our patient was able to achieve a result that mirrors a natural breast.
Implant Considerations
When considering breast augmentation with breast implants, it is important to consider all the various breast rejuvenation techniques, which include breast lift with fat/implants, breast lift alone and the use of autologous fat transfer.
We decided, through the consultation and discussions leading to the operation day, that for the patient’s existing breast tissue and their desired goals, a breast implant was the most suitable option.
At a consultation, Mr Ross will discuss pros and cons and the various options of breast rejuvenation surgery so that you can be empowered to proceed. Mr Ross will show you various preoperative and postoperative results so that you can understand what can be achieved and what is to be expected.
