Gynaecomastia Case Study 3

Asymmetric gynaecomastia with breast tissue on the left. Liposuction was unable to completely reduce the breast tissue significantly at the time of surgery and it was necessary to open an incision around the areola and remove some tissue directly. Occasionally the tissue can be hard and fixed and liposuction only occasionally is not sufficient to achieve a suitable result.
